All fees are non-transferable between individuals
Late payment charges may apply for overdue installments
Payment methods include online transfers, credit/debit cards, and EMI options
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review this policy carefully before enrollment.
All course materials, videos, documents, and resources are our intellectual property
Students receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning
Sharing, copying, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited
Recording of live sessions without permission is not allowed
You retain ownership of your original work and projects
You grant us permission to use your success stories and testimonials for marketing
We may showcase student projects as examples (with permission)
We provide placement assistance but do not guarantee specific job offers
Placement support includes resume building, interview preparation, and job referrals
Students must actively participate in placement activities
Final hiring decisions rest with prospective employers
Available only for specific courses with explicit guarantee terms
Subject to completion of all course requirements and assessments
Minimum salary criteria and job acceptance conditions apply
Geographic and industry limitations may apply
Users are prohibited from:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Sharing account credentials with others

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
